Encinitas

Encinitas has been referred to as the place where east meets west.

Welcome to Encinitas

Where salt meets the sand

Sunny, sandy Encinitas is a beach town unlike any other. This eclectic community is located 25 miles north of San Diego with six miles of scenic Pacific coastline. Famous for its surf-friendly waves, Encinitas averages 263 sunny days a year (well above average), so it’s perfect for beach mongers, sand volleyball tournaments, and picnics in the park. Families have their pick between stunning single-family dwellings and upscale condos. Stucco walls and red clay tile roofs are popular choices among local architecture, and many homes are equipped with luscious lawns and sprawling patios to take advantage of Encinitas’ incredible weather.
