The Rancho Santa Fe Community Center strives to enhance the spirit and benefits of community life in Rancho Santa Fe through programs, events, and services of enrichment, recreation, and outreach for all ages.
The Community Center is a nonprofit organization which does not receive federal or state monies. We rely upon memberships, program fees and annual fundraisers to finance our daily operations. The Community Center is committed to building the future of this community through a diversified income stream from memberships, programs, fundraisers, donations, wills, and securities.

Transportation is an important element to living well and living fully. There are several transportation options available.
Out & About Transportation Program
Volunteer drivers take Encinitas senior citizens to the grocery store, doctor appointments, pharmacy, Senior Center, and many other locations in Encinitas.
Volunteer Drivers are always needed!
The volunteer requirements for this program are a few hours of free time a week, a current driver’s license, registration, insurance, background check, and a DMV driving record. The Senior Center pairs a volunteer driver with a passenger that would benefit from the days and times that the volunteer driver is available. There is a waiting list of seniors in need of a volunteer driver, so we welcome anyone interested in “giving back” to the community to apply.

World War Two and the Korean War were behind us and Rancho Santa Fe was moving into a period of growth. One significant result of this growth was the inception of our Rotary Club.
The Rotary Club of Rancho Santa Fe was founded by this group of Rancho Santa Fe residents in February, 1959. There were more than 25 charter members but we have no records of anyone other than those listed below.
